TORBAY MODS SCOOTER CLUB was formed by Paul, Mike and Stan in 2007 for riders of Lambretta or Vespa scooters in South Devon. Mike left the area to live in sunny Cornwall and sadly our dear friend Stan passed away in 2011 after a valiant fight against cancer. Tribute To Stan The Man.
