Description: bespoke furniture
We worked from a very early stage with architects Prewett Bizley to develop a staircase and interior glazed walls that would create the backbone of a low-energy refurbishment of a London mews house.
We designed and fabricated a staircase with a solid balustrade and dado lined in oak boards. The balustrade detail wraps from the ground floor in a continuous ribbon to the second floor.
The glazed walls are build in large section solid oak members. Panels either contain low-iron, high clarity glass or panels in the same oak panelling as the stair.
