We’ve been busy improving our firm, bringing in new people and creating new service offerings.
Reflecting this step in the firm’s evolution, we have also decided to change our name. After 17 years operating as Technology Law Alliance, we are changing our name to Codified Legal Limited and we will be trading as Codified Legal from now on.
We chose Codified because it maintains the connection with computer technology – source code, object code – that has always been and will continue to be our core practice area. At the same time, it describes how we try to approach our job as lawyers. To codify laws or rules means to simplify them, to clarify them, to reduce complexity. That is something that our clients have been coming to us for since 2003.
