企業における人的資本経営の関心が高まる中、 DEI（Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion）の重要性が増しています。 人材マネジメントが諸外国とは異なる日本企業におけるDEIの促進要因を国際的な視点から解明するために、グローバル企業等の協力を得て産学連携で実証研究に取り組みます。 （設置期間：2023年4月1日～2028年3月31日）
DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) has been attracting more interest than ever, particularly in the realm of human capital management. On the other hand, it is widely known that Japanese human resource management (HRM) system is quite different from that of other countries.
Therefore, mission of our research laboratory is to reveal how Japanese companies can be more inclusive organizations from an international perspective. We will conduct empirical research on DEI in collaboration with Japanese global companies. Established on 1 April, 2023.
