We are always pleased to welcome potential new members. If you would like to try us out, we ask that you please message our membership secretary via the contact page to make the necessary arrangements to book you into a session with us as a guest. Whilst we are proud to be a fully inclusive running club, we do have a strict policy that all members must be a minimum of 18 years of age and be able to run within one of the required ranges shown on the Coaches page.
