July 8 – Seven of our club members (Richard, Jerry, Steve E, Arlan, Steve O, and Jim & Sally) attended the “Cool Rides Car Show” in Hermiston. Although the temperature was extremely high, the had a good time and Richard, of course, is the only one who won a raffle item and a trophy. Congratulations Richard!!!!
July 4 – Under a cloudless blue sky, seven club members attended the annual Cruise-In 4th of July car show in Ione, OR. Several others members choice to participate in Imbler’s 4th of July parade. Unfortunately, there are no photos of the parade. Two members won awards at Ione and those two also won raffle items: Richard & Debby – Participate Choice & 1940 – 1953 Original; Arlan & Mary Ann 1955 – 1963.
July 1 – Fifteen of our member and seven special guests cruised to Elvis Bar & Grill in Pendleton for a late lunch/early dinner. Members who went were: Richard & Debby, Jim & Sally, Ed & Dixie, Gary & Janet, Mel, Steve & Karen, Jerry & Cindy, and Arlan & Mary Ann. Guest were: Jodi Bagley (Cindy’s sister), Jim & Judy Naughton, Vicki & Earl Allen, and Hazel Dietz (friends and family of Karen & Steve). Cars shown below were club cars (missing in picture is Jerry & Cindy, Steve & Karen, and Gary & Janet).
