For us, it's all about the fishing.. . we operate a Salmon and Halibut fishing charter company located in Ucluelet, BC, on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Ucluelet BC is the gateway to beautiful Barkley Sound and the Broken Group Islands. These bountiful waters support a myriad of birds, seals, sea lions, whales and of course, fish including trophy Chinook and Coho salmon, Halibut, Lingcod and a wide variety of rock fish.
The coastline between Ucluelet and Tofino is the feeding and spawning destination of some of the largest runs of Chinook and Coho salmon on the entire West Coast of North America. This makes it a hugely successful salmon fishing area.
Our offshore Halibut grounds are renowned worldwide as offering some of the best Halibut fishing experiences to be had anywhere. Unlike fishing other popular fishing destinations, we have a variety of options available to fish for different species in a number of environments, from Barkley Sound for bottom fishing to 25 miles off shore for both salmon and halibut. In between there are numerous productive fishing spots, some are local favorites known to produce trophy fish for just the right angler.
