Taisei International Education System 2 (‘TIES2’) is an e-learning course for construction managers working on international projects for Taisei Corporation.
TIES2 comprises 12 self-learning modules focussed on the most important provisions in the FIDIC 2017 ‘Red Book’ contract. Plain English language is used to explain the important provisions of the clauses in the contract most relevant to construction managers and the modules set out practical examples to explain and illustrate best contract management practice in real project situations.
