"These photos are the first of many to come from my new series titled '17'. The work will deal with all the things we endure, and that I deal with personally, as a 17-year-old in 2017. Things such as the drugs and alcohol around me, sex and slut shaming, discrimination against minorities/ LGBTQ, depression and anxiety, anger, sleeplessness, a shift in the fashion we’re wearing now -- as well as the moments of happiness we manage to find through all of this." _________________________________________________
