#ThisIsPE is a home learning resource to ensure primary school children continue to have access to physical education during lockdown.
#ThisIsPE was created in collaboration with the Association for Physical Education and Youth Sport Trust, and was endorsed as a home learning resource by the Department for Education during the first national lockdown in 2020. All activities are led by PE specialists from across the country, and activities are linked to the primary PE curriculum.
Families need no specialist equipment, instead making use of items that can be found around the home. There are 25 activities, all providing progressions that make them accessible for children at all ages of primary school.
