The Traveling Tortoise is the mobile education outreach program of the North Carolina Tortoise Sanctuary. We are dedicated to making science education fun and meaningful for not only children, but everyone in our community! Our program introduces students to the fascinating world of herpetology (reptiles and amphibians). Students will have an unforgettable experience, while learning about amazing creatures from all over the world.
