The Tender Rib was founded in 1999 by Wendell and Cynthia Wallace.
Independent sales of our food to only a hand full of clients led to an overwhelming demand for catering, that we decided to become a company offering great food to great people. Today, THE TENDER RIB, has served more than 500,000 clients and we have expanded into a multi-functional company offering exhibitor and food vendor services, as well as catering and a carry-out facility.
