Why The Soccer Box? The Soccer Box is built around the concept of compact, walled off courts that maximize rebounds and touches for a given player during a session. Think of all the great soccer players that have ever lived, almost all of them grew up in compact urban environments where this fast paced approach to training was the way they honed their craft!
