The practitioner is guided by tuning into energy centers & identifying dis-ease.With the assistance of our reiki lineage & ancestors, they channel energy to cultivate healing. Only attuned reiki masters can act via touch or no touch, in person or distance depending on the preference of the client(s).
Breathwork brings the mind & body into a parasympathetic state of stillness. Through active meditation, the practitioner guides the client into a higher state of consciousness in order to release any feelings or experiences that arise through this lucid meditative process.
