After serving in the U.S. Army for nine years, six of those years as a Drill Sergeant, Danny Glover earned degrees from Florida Baptist College, Dallas Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He has served as pastor and senior pastor for various churches for 25 years, as well as superindendent of a private school for 10 years.
In 1991, Glover was asked by his church denomination to be a consultant for plateaued and declining churches. In 1994, he launched his own consulting business, working in affiliation with Personality Insights Inc.
