My own personal health journey made me dig deeper. Anxiety, endometriosis, infertility, Hashimoto’s Disease, BPPV, MAV, digestive disturbances, and burn out are just a few of the issues that I have dealt with.
Although in our society we have an amazing medical community, I was getting fed up with constantly living in an unwell and sick state. Depressed, in pain, frustrated and not coping with life’s mundane routine, I then took my health into my own hands and decided to really learn more about what goes on in our bodies and how we can help restore wellness, vitality and passion back into life.
That is why I am here for you. I understand and empathise with chronic disease and illness. I get it. Being able to sit and listen to you at our initial consultation, I am able to get the ‘big picture’ of your overall wellbeing.
