We have maintained that reputation by concentrating exclusively on custom framing and providing a talented and knowledgeable design team. The Mitre Box is the only framer in the Baltimore area with a Master Certified Framer on staff... there are approximately 60 worldwide.
At The Mitre Box we feel that every job is personal and give the same attention to a child's first painting as we do a college diploma, a collection of ancient artifacts, or a valuable piece of art by a contemporary master. All work is done on the premises so you can rest assured that it is handled with the utmost care and respect. If needed, we can recommend conservators for paintings, objects, or works on paper. We can also suggest a service for delivery and installation.
