Normanby Medical Centre and Manor House Surgery are considering merging together to become one GP practice. This will help us continue to improve the quality of care for all our patients because we will be able to work more efficiently by sharing and developing the expertise of a larger clinical team.
There will be no changes to practice opening hours, appointments, staff, or services, which will continue to be delivered from both sites. You would be able to book an appointment at either site, giving you access to more clinical staff and more choice of where you want to be seen.
This proposal is at an early stage and no decision has yet been made. We would like to hear whether you think what is being proposed will increase your choice and improve the services you receive, whilst also giving you the opportunity to raise any questions or concerns you may have.
