Chef Taylor Dow discovered his passion for culinary arts at a young age. A Barrie native, he studied Culinary Management at Georgian College becoming a sous chef by the young age of twenty at Bigwin Island Golf Club. Learning from renowned chef, Michael Smith, Taylor mastered live fire cooking and farm-to-table experiences leading him to the Niagara region, where he worked as Executive Chef at Peninsula Ridge. Today, Taylor continues to create and inspire as Executive Chef at the Ktchn restaurant in Oro-Med
