The Gym @ Aldridge is located right in the centre of Aldridge shopping centre, upstairs behind Home Bargains. We are a family owned traditional gym, fully equipped with loose weights, machines and cardio treadmills, exercise bikes & steppers to cover every angle of your fitness plan. Whether its your first time joining a gym or your a regular at keep fit, we have everything you need. The gym attracts all kinds of people because of our fun, friendly atmosphere.
The gym currently has a great mix of members of all age groups ranging from 15 to 75!.
