Recognition of Gray’s audio work ranges from being selected as one of five young Coloradans to participate in the 2021 class of NPR’s Next Generation Radio , to having his work placed in the Highly Commended category of RØDE’s My RØDE Cast podcasting competition , to being the regional winner of the Society of Professional Journalists’ 2022 Mark of Excellence Awards in Narrative Podcasting.
In addition to street photography, he has photographed concerts for bands such as NoMBe, Lewis Del Mar, Young the Giant, Cleopatrick, Vista Kicks, and Grandson.
