Scientific research shows that flowers and plants have a beneficial impact on our state of mind and emotions. Behavioural studies have proven that flowers provide a simple way to improve emotional health – that the presence of flowers triggers happy emotions, heightens feelings of life satisfaction and affects social behavior in a positive manner far beyond what is normally believed.
This is why I wanted to create ‘The Flower Cellar’. We came up with the name as my cellar was the perfect place to become a freelance florist and create all my beautiful flowers.
