I've had face to face training in 5-6 training hub classes and each and every instructor has been amazing. I can't say enough good things about them...for me face to face is the best way to learn, but if that’s not for you they have a massive selection of courses online. My friend was unable to attend one of our training classes and they provided her with the course no bother online.
I wish we had found the training hub sooner. Our institute has spent hundreds of pounds on training in the past that really has only helped us comply with domestic requirements. We were sceptical at first but once we really got involved in the courses our team really got going. We chose to make fire safety training, equality and diversity and Effective remote working mandatory for our learners especially considering the issues today worldwide in such topics.
Pricing was excellent, we purchased 8, 12-month subscriptions and through that we had free access to wellbeing and young person’s courses. We are hoping to renew our subscription in the near future once more funding becomes available to us.
