Starting in 2015, Unichef is the UK’s National Union for chefs. It is a Not-for-Profit Social Enterprise ran completely by Chefs, the aim of the union is to support and understand the issues that many chefs are faced with in today's hectic kitchens, to focus on the many changes that are needed within our industry and to raise Culinary Professionalism for the betterment of all chefs regardless of position, category, age, ethnicity, or gender.
