In 2015 Jenny Franz co-created BARC (Belchertown Animal Relief Committee). The non-profit successfully worked with the town to build a beautiful municipal animal control facility. In 2016, her family signed on to be foster parents for a local rescue. Cut to now & Jenny is the Founder & President of Better Together Dog Rescue with a facility coming up next.
