Day Before Recovery! Knowing I was going to get up early this morning I headed to bed somewhat early. I usually get to bed anytime between 7:30 and 8pm. I had a decent sleep although I could have used more. I struggled in my workout. Usually on the weekend I get one or two extra hours sleep and eat something before hitting the gym.
