“Foodies Jon and Katt met by chance due to their love of Thai food whilst Jon was away working. One evening his cravings for the cuisine led him to an inviting takeaway restaurant, where the food was so great that he personally thanked the staff afterwards. This is where he and Katt, originally from Northeast Thailand, first met. They eventually got together with dreams of opening their own eatery one day and fast forward a few years, Thai Zaap Nuar was born!
