The Kuklen Industrial and Commercial Zone is an area of 250 acres on the Plovdiv-Smolyan artery, the most direct way to the Aegean Sea, and also just a kilometer away from Plovdiv airport. In this zone, apart from the location, there is a high concentration of highly qualified operators of machines and equipment, of technological and automated processes. There is a very high potential from senior personnel, both in the engineering and technological fields.

We had several reasons for choosing the Maritza Industrial Zone, the village of Radinovo: first from an infrastructure point of view, the location is very suitable. Logistically too, as this is a global Schneider Electric factory and from it, we supply the world. Another reason is skilled labour.

When in 2000 we chose the location for this plant, several factors were taken into account. Firstly, the availability of highly qualified personnel who have technical education, the presence of suppliers for future production, the competitive cost of labour and the opportunity to conquer the markets of Eastern Europe.
