With over 13 years experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist, I blend a range of different techniques to suit your needs such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage & Cupping. You can also opt for my “Holistic Remedial Massage” which allows me to customise your massage by drawing upon my assorted massage & energy healing techniques. For a solid blend of Massage with Reiki, you can choose the “Balance” or “Spirit Warrior”.
