Ironically, these days, when we ourselves need help with a technology question, the first thing we do is email [email protected] , when providing help with technology questions isn’t the business Tiger Technology is in, their business is hosting blogs and websites for which we’ve been using them for years and found to be excellent.
They recently responded to one of our questions with an email which enabled us to solve a problem in 2 minutes which wasn’t solved in spending 25 minutes with one of the consultants at an Apple Genius Bar!
