Computers and electronics have been my passion since the approximate age of 14. Provide support to end users on variety of Microsoft technologies, including desktop operating systems, applications, and Windows Server/Small Business Server support. Monitor the performance of Windows servers and related components to achieve a high level of performance with various business applications supported. Install, configure, administer, and fine-tune Windows operating systems and components across multiple organizations. Work with and configure routers, switches, and SonicWALL firewall devices.
