For over 30 years, I have been collaborating to improve organizations by reworking processes, guiding Agile transformations, providing technical education, developing applications, and facilitating strategy and problem-solving workshops. As a technical lead on an IBM web development team, I guided my own department on an Agile path before joining the IBM Agile Academy as an Agile Transformation Coach.
Working with vice presidents, directors, managers and team members, I trained and coached diverse development and operations teams around the world. More recently, as an independent consultant, I have worked with several large corporations on Scaled Agile Framework.
