MetaMap needed a distinct visual language and a scalable design system for their new website. We assembled a team of UX/UI, Graphic, Motion and Web Designers for that purpose, and ended up designing landing pages, sales presentations and social media campaigns like there's no tomorrow. Oh, and we also helped craft the narrative for the pitch deck that won a $70M series B.
As their product was getting more complex, the team at DataStream was seeking to bring on someone skilled in both product strategy and user research. Since May of 2022, Ben has been leading both quantitative and qualitative research at DataStream and using the insights to prioritize features and inform the roadmap.
DataStream was struggling to convert new customers from their website. Our User Research revealed why and set the foundations to increase their conversions by a staggering 44%.
