Hi there. I’m a poet who teaches creative writing and critical thinking at VCU and the Visual Arts Center of Richmond. I believe in compassionate support and try to make learning as physical, reflective, and experiential as possible while centering critical pedagogy and ungrading so learning is less tied to external, inequitable systems of punishment/reward.
