A rich yet lively wine with aromas of sweet ripe nectarine combine with yellow melon, red apple and summerfruit flavours. Served best at room temperature is excellent with seafoods, shellfish, seaweed and shrimp. The Taiao Chardonnay Classic brings out the flavours of these dishes.
