TACUBO , formerly known as the Texas Association of State Senior College and University Business Officers, or TASSCUBO, was organized in 1967 for the purpose of contributing to the advancement of higher education and specifically to the professional development of the officers of business and fiscal affairs in Texas colleges and universities.
The organization was renamed in 2023 to include both public and private institutions of higher education in the State of Texas and to align with the naming convention of regional and national organizations for business officers. TACUBO remains the premier professional organization for Texas college and university chief financial officers, vice presidents, and other higher education business professionals who aspire to positions as senior leaders in the future.
Registration is now open for the 2024 Winter Conference. The conference will be held January 21-23 in Denton at the Embassy Suites and Conference Center. This is the first TACUBO conference where we are welcoming all of our Texas Private Universities to attend
