Born in Chicago, Illinois, Susan took her fine and graphic arts training at The American Academy of Art. After working in Minnesota for 3M, Brown & Bigalow, Gillette, Quaker Oats, Pillsbury and Trend Enterprises, she moved to Brown County in 1991, continuing both graphic design and fine arts.
