We only use freshly made Hakata style Ramen, with 6 hours of hard boiling to achieve a full collagen richness in our broth without adding MSG. Suparakki aims to create a ramen culture with an affordable price that would satisfy cravings and we will continue to strive for new, passionate and innovative dishes. . We seek to bring smiles and a good experience at our shops.
