More than 70 years ago, Farmington Bakery opened for business in the small town of Farmington, Michigan. Over the years, as time has passed and the bakery has switched hands from one owner to the next, the varieties of breads and pastries have evolved to meet the changing tastes of our local community. In the more than 10 years that we have owned the bakery, we have seen, and welcomed, the shift toward adding more whole grains, healthy fruits and nuts and honey into our collective diets.
