The Program has been active since August 2017, and in August 2020, the Town changed electricity suppliers, to NextEra Energy Services. With Sudbury CEA, Eversource continues to deliver electricity and manage all electricity billing. The only change is the source and cost of electricity supply, chosen by the Town of Sudbury through a competitive bid process.
