Hello everyone, im just back from my 4d3n bangkok trip(: Hereby sharing my experiences and tips when you are in bangkok. Flying there by thai airway, no bad experiences at all. Services provided are excellent , food wasn't bad. And flight was smooth too. Time taken from singapore is approximately 3hr 45mins. Went arrived at airport, hotel transfer guide will be at the waiting point holding a piece of paper with your name. *My personal suggestion, get a local prepaid sim card there so you can access internet
And many more shopping mall I didn't mention is because I felt the prices compared to sgd is not much different. What is the dos and don'ts in bangkok - DO change enough thai baht with you -DO bargain with shopping , asking wholesale price -DO be friendly to thai , they are much more friendlier than you can imagine. -DO take all kinds of public transports in bangkok - Don't speak ill or disrespect their king or royal family in anyway. -Don't accept taxi offer prices withour pressing that charge meter. -Don'
My suggestions are to get a hotel nearer to bts stations or city area so it will be more convenience to travel around bangkok (: Stay happy and be beautiful! Take care (:
