Description: Quinn Jacobson holds an M.F.A. in historic photographic processes. He has been working in the Wet and Dry Plate Collodion process for over 20 years. He is internationally known and has had successful exhibitions all over the world. He makes Ambrotypes, Tintypes, and negatives for printing out paper or P.O.P. He works with RA-4 reversal direct color prints too. His interest is in death anxiety.
Quinn is an artist, photographer and educator. He works in historic photographic processes; mainly the wet plate collodion process.

After 20+ years of working with wet and dry collodion (all variants), plus calotypes, daguerreotypes, and all of the P.O.P. processes you can imagine and some you can’t, people have asked why I’m working in color now. It’s a good question, and it's more than fair to ask why the big change—I’m happy to answer it.
