We, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, operate and funds three air ambulances, three rapid response vehicles and three critical cars covering six Midlands counties and regions including Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, plus Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands.
One of our three air ambulances is located at Tatenhill Airfield in Staffordshire, which means our specialist clinicians can rapidly reach patients within eight to ten minutes.
We also have a northern critical care car which operates between 10am and 10pm based in and around Stoke-on-Trent. The car has a critical care paramedic and the same lifesaving equipment found on our helicopters. This provides the people of the city and wider Staffordshire region additional access to rapid specialist care within minutes.
