Description: Welcome to JRL’s dedicated consultation website on the proposals to redevelop the St Nicholas House site in Sutton. Following an initial planning application being considered by the Council, in March 2020, with permission being recently granted, JRL Property (Sutton) Ltd have updated the proposals to better reflect the potential of this currently underutilised site.

Following an initial planning application being considered by the Council in March 2020, with permission being granted in October 2021, JRL Property (Sutton) Ltd have submitted revised proposals in order to deliver a scheme for this site that better reflects the potential of this currently underutilised location.
Not only do the revised proposals include the introduction of residential amenity spaces for every apartment, but there is also an increased number of family sized two- and three-bedroom homes in the scheme.
Crucially, these improvements have also been achieved whilst maintaining the proportion of wheelchair accessible homes and only increasing the overall height of the proposals by as little as 5cm .
