STEPS Women’s Organisation is a voluntary Service organisation registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Act 1975 in 1991. Our special focus is on raising voice consistently against atrocities on women. STEPS initially worked among schools and college students and rural women through Awareness generation programmes such as poster exhibitions, workshops, competitions, imparting defense mechanism etc. Various issues at the Local level and State Level are taken up and maximum efforts are made to find out solut
