Hi, I’m Stephanie, a Masters level and ICF accredited coach and facilitator working with individuals and teams specialising in leadership and personal development.
As a former lawyer with Clifford Chance, Pinsent Masons and Sotheby's, my experience of working in high pressure international and national commercial environments helps to give me an understanding of the kind of challenges which my clients are facing whilst also bringing a different perspective. A dual British/German national, bilingual and with experience of living and working in different countries, I bring a culturally sensitive approach.
I am very interested in a number of evidence-led coaching approaches and together, we’ll experiment and collaborate to help you to find your own answers, identify choices and fulfill your development goals. You can choose to also draw on my interest in positive psychology to see how these developmental goals can be met in tandem with your and others’ well-being.
