Course on Edible Oil Fortification is customised for different categories of target audience i.e., Industry, State Food and Drug Administration (FDA)/Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), Academia and Others. Each category of target audience should complete a predefined set of modules to fulfil the course requirements. These modules are divided into mandatory and optional category.
The duration of this course will depend upon the category chosen by the learner. It will vary from 10 minutes to 30 minutes.
