Dharmaveer Diliprao Rahate Shikshan va Bahu uddeshiya Sanstha’s Smt. Sindhutai Jadhao Arts & Science Mahavidyalaya, Mehkar was established in the year 1997. The founder president of the college, Hon’ble Pratapraoji Jadhao, M.P. of Buldhana District dreamt of rural girl student's higher education. Rural girls were unable to pursue higher education due to so many hurdles. Hence taking this view into consideration, honourable President founded the DDRSB Sanstha and started the College.
