First of all, you have to choose an event, where you can search the pics.
You get a digital pic for download. You can print it for your own or use it for a private photo book. The digital picture has a size of 3000x2000px with a solution of 300dpi. Prints up to a size of A3 (297x420mm) are possible without any troubles of the quality.
The ordered pic will be print on a screen and tight on a frame. The Stretcher Frame consists of spruce wood with a force of 20mm.
