The company offers a range of courses in leadership, personal development, presentation and public speaking. The courses provide theory, techniques and mentoring on how to assess and manage the self, on how to lead and inspire others, on how to develop vision and ideas within an organisation and on how to become an effective communicator.
After studying modern languages at Cambridge, Jill worked briefly as a management consultant before becoming a professional actor, playing leading roles on stage, on TV and in film. She worked as a stand-up on the London comedy circuit, has a diploma in Psychodynamic counselling and was a founder member of the D&AD Workout Programme, running courses on leadership and creative thinking in the advertising, media and design sectors.
